While sitting at snack time in the preschool classroom I commented to a student, "[Student name] you are getting so tall!" To which he responded matter of factually, "Yea, my mom is 16."
I am a: mother to two little boys, wife, "Girl Boss", Aunt, Sister, Daughter, Speech Language Pathologist, God Mother, Friend, Enemy, and Photographer. I have a healthy appreciation for laughter and appreciate being able to make informed decisions. This blog is titled literally after my grandmothers button collection and the initial writings centered around the funny things children say in honor of my paternal grandmother and her family famous notebooks of laughable librettos her grandchildren said. It has since morphed into a collection of funny things said to me by children as their therapist, musings of life, and a photography blog circle.
